Information you choose to share

If you contact TSI Integration by email, telephone or WhatsApp, the information you send is handled through that service and used only to respond to your enquiry, discuss an engagement or maintain the resulting business relationship.

Technical information

The website is hosted on Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps. Azure and its delivery infrastructure may process normal technical request information such as IP address, browser details, requested URL, timestamp and security or diagnostic logs to deliver and protect the service.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site usage, such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser information, and referral source. Google Analytics may set analytics cookies and process related identifiers. The site does not use advertising or personalization tracking.

External services and links

• Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser may make a request to Google when a page loads.
• Email, telephone and WhatsApp links open external applications or services governed by their own privacy terms.
• External service providers may process data in other countries under their applicable safeguards.

Retention and your choices

Business correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, engagement, legal obligations or legitimate record-keeping. You can ask what personal information is held about you, request a correction or deletion where applicable, or raise a privacy question.
